Tyne House offers luxurious and spacious accommodation for up to 18 guests, making it the perfect destination for any celebration!
The property boasts five beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and shower, providing guests with the utmost privacy and comfort during their stay.
Each bedroom features unique colour schemes and quirky features, giving them a distinctive personality and charm. The property also provides guests with towels and dressing gowns, adding an extra layer of comfort and luxury to their stay.
We have a communal salon-style dressing room called the Powder Room which has 6 mirror stations, with hairdyrers ,perfect for getting glammed up before a night out!
TyneHouse is equipped with modern amenities and smart technology to make guests’ stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area are spread over the main floor, providing ample space for socialising and entertaining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for large groups. There is also a toilet located on the ground floor for added convenience.
One of the standout features of TyneHouse is its beautiful outdoor garden, which includes two hot tubs, a barbecue area, and plenty of seating space for guests to enjoy.
The garden is perfect for relaxing and taking in beautiful surroundings. The property also features smart technology, including outdoor and communal area speakers, disco lights and adjustable mood lighting in a range of colours, which can all be easily controlled by our smart hub in one place. This technology adds an extra level of comfort and convenience for guests.

TyneHouse is also an ideal property for families with young children, offering a range of amenities and thoughtful touches that ensure they feel right at home during their stay.
The property provides a fully stocked toy box, high chairs, baby gates, and cots upon request, making it easy for families to travel without having to bring bulky baby equipment. The open-plan living area is perfect for families to spend time together, and the garden provides plenty of space to relax.
The property is also located in the heart of North Shields, providing easy access to nearby attractions that are suitable for families, we have a play park 5 minutes walk away where you can even feed the ducks or enjoy a coffee.
Walking distance from a large church which has been converted into a soft play. The beach is a short walk away and Whitley Bay a neighbouring town is home to some great amusements.

TyneHouse is located in the heart of North Shields, providing easy access to nearby Tynemouth and Newcastle upon Tyne. The town also has a bustling fish quay, where there are multiple bars, restaurants and of course fish & chips!
Bars are minutes walking distance and range from cocktail bars, real ale bars, bottomless brunches, and tapas and not forgetting we are home to the oldest pub in North Shields!
North Shields and Tynemouth are accessible by road and public transport, making it an ideal location for visitors to the area.
Several bus stops are located within walking distance of TyneHouse, and there is a nearby metro station that provides easy access to nearby towns and cities.
Newcastle city centre is a 20-minute taxi drive making TyneHouse an ideal location to stay if you are planning any days/nights out in the city centre.
